mozarella cheese balls (fresh)

Drizzle (optional):
Balsamic glaze*, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning *glaze is made by heating balsamic vinegar with a bit of brown sugar over medium-high heat until it thickens.

Fresh plumb tomatoes

jumbo lump crabmeat

chopped scallions
roasted red pepper chopped
lemon or lime (juiced)
of Kosher salt

Cut a flat slice off the top and bottom of the plumb tomatoes so they can stand upright on your platter. Scoop out the middle of the tomatoes with a melon baller to hollow them out. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and stuff the tomatoes. Chill and serve.
