36 small cubes Watermelon
36 small cubes Feta cheese
36 pieces of mint, chopped or whole
Optional Topper: 1 blueberry, 1 blackberry, 1 olive

36 cherry tomatoes
36 mozarella cheese balls (fresh)
36 leaves of basil
Drizzle (optional): Balsamic glaze*, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning *glaze is made by heating balsamic vinegar with a bit of brown sugar over medium-high heat until it thickens.

Secure with toothpick if necessary. Place wrapped figs in oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

Fresh plumb tomatoes
1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (fat free ok)
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 chopped scallions
1/2 roasted red pepper chopped
1/4 lemon or lime (juiced)
Pinch of Kosher salt
Cut a flat slice off the top and bottom of the plumb tomatoes so they can stand upright on your platter. Scoop out the middle of the tomatoes with a melon baller to hollow them out. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and stuff the tomatoes. Chill and serve.
