Veggie Burgers Recipe

Ingredients List

2 cans black beans
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed + 3T water (or 2 eggs)
2 Tablespoons bbq sauce, sriracha, or ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup cilantro
1 lime zested and juiced
2 Tablespoons oat flour or panko
1 red bell pepper, diced

Directions

1If not using eggs, place flax and water in a bowl and let sit to thicken.

2After flax mixture thickens, add all ingredients together and mash with a potato masher or hand blender. Roll to form burger patties.

3Cook in a lightly oiled heated skillet about 5-7 minutes per side
