1 can of Black Beans ( drained & rinsed )
2 cans of Shoepeg Corn
1 pkg of Feta Crumbled ( 3.5 oz )
¼ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup of extra light Olive Oil
¼ cup of Sugar
Scallions ( chopped )
Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Heat oil in medium pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened and translucent.
2 In separate container mix vinegar, oil, sugar and Salt and Pepper.
3 Only pour half of the dressing over the caviar and then add more if you feel you need it.
