Ingredients List

7 cups flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons salt
1 Tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons black pepper
2 Pounds of diced cold cuts (prosciutto, salami, capicola, ham-or any other personal favorites; also, provolone, cheddar, and romano cheese)
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cups water
3 packages yeast

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients (except yeast) and mix well. Add diced cold cuts and mix together.

2 Mix water with yeast according to package directions; then, add to flour mix with the olive oil. Mix together well until dough is not sticking to the side of bowl. Add more flour if needed. 

3 Cut into 4 peices, and shape into loafs. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. If they need to brown a little more move to top rack for 10 mins at 450
