Ingredients List

4 Tablespoons of butter, melted
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Using a 6 slot popover pan, spray each cup and melt the butter setting aside 3 teaspoons for the next set of 6 muffins. Pour 1/2 teaspoon melted butter into each cup.

2In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together; then, add 2 Tablespoons melted mutter and whisk more. Add 2 cups of flour and 1 teaspooon of salt to the egg mixture and whisk vigorously for two minutes.

3 Fill each muffin cup 1/2 – 3/4 full and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat and bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and let cook a bit. Then, invert pan to remove popovers. Let them cool while preparing the pan for another set of 6 popovers. Repeat the process for the next set. (or purchase two sets of popover pans and bake together)
