1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of butter or margarine, softened
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of honey
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 Place all ingredients into a stand mixer bowl. Mix at medium speed until well mixed scraping bowl when necessary.
2 Roll dough and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place them 3 inches apart on uncreased cookie sheets.
3 Press flat with a fork in a criss-cross pattern to make a design on the top of each cookie.
5 Bake at 350 degrees F until lightly golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Remove from baking sheets immediately with a pancake flipper and cool on wire racks.
