12 ice cubes
2 cups of milk
1 scoop of chocolate-flavored protein powder
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 Prepare all ingredients and place them in the blender. Add or remove ice cubes depending on how thick you want your protein shakes to be.
2 Set the blender on high speed for 3 minutes or more, until it becomes a smooth texture.
3 Serve with whip cream on top!
