2 cloves of garlic
1/8 teaspoon of paprika
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas okys
1/4 cups of liquid from can of chickpeas
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of tahini
1 Drain chickpes and set extra liquid from can aside.
2 Mince garlic in a bowl or food processor. Add chick peas, lemon juice, tahini, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper and mix until smooth.
3 Add additional seasoning and liquid to taste. Garnish with paprika.
