1 frozen banana         
2 cups of baby spinach leaves
1 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of water
1 fresh orange
10 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
1 juiced lemon


1 Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Mix and serve.
