Easy Three Bean Salad

Ingredients List

1 x 15-oz can of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 x 15-oz can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 x 15-oz can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
1 cup of fresh, finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 Tablespoon of fresh finely chopped rosemary
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper

This easy three bean healthy salad recipe is perfect for backyard barbecues and has the just the right amount of tang. This and our famous Tennessee caviar will be your two go-to bean salad recipes.


1 In a large bowl, mix the beans, celery, onion, parsley and rosemary.

2 In a separate small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

3 Add the dressing to the beans. Toss to coat and chill the beans in the refrigerator for several hours to soak up the flavor of the dressing.
