8 hard-boiled eggs, chilled, shelled and grated
2 teaspoons of sweet relish or capers
¼ cup of celery, diced
1 teaspoon of fresh dill (or fresh chives)
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
¼ cup of mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 In a bowl mix together eggs, relish or capers, celery, dill, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika.
2 Chill and serve.
