1 tsp of sugar
1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1-8 oz of sour cream
1/2 stick of butter
1 Break the four eggs into a blender, add a teaspoon of sugar. Blend for 20 seconds.
2 Add sour cream and butter, blend again, add Jiffy corn muffin mix, blend again, add creamed corn, blend again.
3 In a 9″ by 12″ baking dish sprayed with Pam, pour in the mixture and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
