3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 heads broccoli
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
¼ cup of feta cheese
1 Cut the florets off of the broccoli heads and discard the stems. Dice the garlic and set aside.
2 Heat the olive oil and garlic in a skillet over medium heat being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a couple more minutes until the broccoli is tender but not mushy.
3 Stir in the feta and remove from heat. Add more salt & pepper if needed.
