3-4 ripe avocados
2 tomatoes (or 6 cherry tomatoes)
3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
1/2 cup of red onion (or white), chopped
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 jalapeño or red chilies, seeded & chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse a couple of times to mix to desired consistency.
2 This is quite nice when served on the chunky side so do not over mix.
