1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup almond milk or skim milk
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
3/4 cup of fresh spinach
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
1 sprig of mint (optional)

1 Remove stems from the strawberries and place them in a blender with the frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, almond milk, spinach, banana, and mint.

2 Blend until smooth.
