Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients List

1¼ cup of Flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
2 Large Eggs
½ tsp of vanilla
½ cup of unsalt butter
1 cup of sugar
3 very riped bananas mashed
½ cup of toasted walnuts

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350°

2 Mix the dry ingredients, whisk eggs and vanilla then put aside. Brush loaf pan with butter, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually pour in egg mixture and Add the bananas.

3 With a rubber spatula added flour mixtore until just incorporated and fold in the walnuts.

4 Place on pan and bake for 35 minutes.
