Dream Kitchen Design Layout in Great Neck Long Island
The owners of this meticulously maintained Long Island home wanted us to create a dream kitchen design layout in their Great Neck estate home. The goal was to enlarge the kitchen and create a timeless, elegant, and functional space with traditional style. This kitchen renovation turned a confining series of boxy spaces into a large high end kitchen with a bright and sunny eating area. Using contrasting shades of warm tones, materials are juxtaposed in a manner that differentiates their inherent textures, colors, and natural variations. Cabinets are accented with classic molding and furniture-style details in a rich, dark finish. This kitchen balances period style with modern conveniences essential for cooking. It features ample counter space for prepping as well as a pot filler for soup making. The generous island cabinets include metal grillwork, adding another layer of texture and ambiance to this luxurious dream kitchen. Read more details here…
