Open Plan Kitchen that is Family Friendly in Garden City
We designed this open plan kitchen in Garden City, Long Island to be family friendly. The white kitchen has a painted finish and it opens to a family room and dining area. This was a major renovation project that resulted in plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. The combination of comfort and elegance provides upscale elements ideal for day-to-day living. The impact of this open plan kitchen floods the space with filtered sunlight casting warmth on the kitchen’s dynamic lines. Innovative design solutions from Kitchen Designs by Ken Kelly’s team combine understated clean lines with the latest cutting edge appliances. The split-rail door features an X-mullion glass door in the upper third of the cabinet, and we specified a 7-inch V-grooved wood-planked ceiling with a walnut island and Carrera marble countertops. The island showcases 3/4 posts that are gracefully shaped with rosettes drilled into the tops. Read more details here…
