Corn Bread Pudding

Ingredients List
4 eggs  
1 tsp. sugar  
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix  
1 – 8 oz. sour cream  
1 can creamed corn  
½ stick butter  
   
 
Directions

Break the four eggs into a blender, add teaspoon of sugar. Blend for 20 seconds. Add sour cream and butter, blend again, add Jiffy corn muffin mix, blend again, add creamed corn, blend again. In a 9" by 12" baking dish sprayed with Pam, pour in the mixture and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
