Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Whisk the cranberry jelly, tomato sauce, soup mix, and garlic together in a bowl. Season the brisket with pepper and paprika. Put in large roasting pan and pour sauce over brisket. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and roast for 3 1/2 hours. (Optional: Drizzle 3 Tablespoons Agave Syrup over brisket before cooking)
