RECIPE SWAP

 

Brisket

Ingredients List
4 15 oz cans cranberry sauce/jelly 2 tsp chopped garlic
1 15 oz cans Hunts (or other) tomato sauce 6 pounds first cut brisket of beef
4 packets Lipton onion soup mix pepper and paprika to taste
 

Agave syrup (optional)

 
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Whisk the cranberry jelly, tomato sauce, soup mix, and garlic together in a bowl. Season the brisket with pepper and paprika. Put in large roasting pan and pour sauce over brisket. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and roast for 3 1/2 hours. (Optional: Drizzle 3 Tablespoons Agave Syrup over brisket before cooking)
