Cook with Any Combination of Charcoal, Wood and Gas on a Kalamazoo Hybrid Grill

Outdoor Living

Not your typical run-of-the mill Bar-B-Ques–this is one incredibly designed product. It is no surprise that the Kalamazoo hybrid grill inspires such a loyal following. Over 115 BTUs per square inch of primary cooking power. This grill gives me the ability to cook with any combination of charcoal, wood and gas. The best part is that the cleaning is hassle-free.

You can also customize the cooking surfaces as shown in this photo. The custom cooking surfaces are laser-cut from solid slabs of 304 stainless steel that are 1/4″ thick. These heavy surfaces have a high “heat mass,” holding the heat and transferring it to the food. You can include your initials, monogram, logo or other artwork. These surfaces are cut-to-order and you decide how you want to combine the cooking patterns. The most popular and versatile combination is to divide the 864 square-inch cooking surface into 1/2 meat, 1/4 fish and 1/4 vegetable patterns. The optimized patterns are a joy to use with different types of food and different styles of outdoor cooking.
