These measuring cups are an ingenious idea, I use them daily! They are must haves for cupcake bakers that want to control precisely where batter is placed. The iSi Flex-it Measuring Cup set (shown right on photo) are firm cups that are flexible, allowing you to control the pour by squeezing the cup and directing the liquid precisely where you want it without spilling over. The body is firm (yet flexible) and is textured on the outside so you can securely grip it. The measuring cups are microwave & dishwasher safe, and heat resistant up to 490 degrees F.
