Wacky Wednesday Treetop Dining in a Birds Nest in Thailand
This is what I call nesting with a bird’s eye view, and it is now officially on my bucket list of exotic places to visit. Even a moment on the website of the Soneva Kiri Resort in Thailand will make your heart skip a beat.

What you see here is what they call their bamboo treetop dining pod. You get in at ground level and are then hoisted into the foliage while the waiter swings in (literally) via zip line to serve you.
See video below! Preferably with a pina colada in hand.

This looks plenty scary, especially for me who’s terrified of heights, I don’t think that this is a restaurant I’ll be visiting anytime soon ahaha.

I suppose that would be terrifying if you have a fear of heights. I guess you won’t be applying for the zip line job either.
